The advisor works closely with hiring managers to screen, interview and place candidates, while guiding them on talent attraction, recruitment strategy, compliance, and the use of HR systems such as ATS and CRM. Metrics are tracked to meet global best practices, and the role may involve participation in broader HR projects. • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and university career centers. • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified entry‑level talent. • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Prepare interview materials and manage logistics. • Maintain up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS. • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies. • Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless candidate experience. • Support additional talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
