About the Role

As a Class 5 Driver, you’ll safely deliver, load, and recover a variety of rental equipment, tools, and supplies to customer job sites across urban, suburban, and rural areas. What You’ll Do: Operate a single‑axle rollback, flat deck, or stakebody truck to load, secure, deliver, and pick up rental equipment. Navigate safely in tight areas, including active construction zones, while providing excellent customer service at every delivery. What You Bring

Requirements: Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record and a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Ability to lift 50 lb+ and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching, and be comfortable working indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions. Nice‑to‑have experience operating commercial or rental equipment, crane trucks, mechanical aptitude for minor on‑site adjustments, and a strong customer service mindset. Who Succeeds in This Role? Base Pay Range is $23.35–$35.01, with the starting rate varying based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
