About the Role

In this role the APM will assist in strategic planning, execution of management plans, and oversight of projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, managing documentation, tracking schedules and budgets, and facilitating communication between office staff, field crew, vendors, and clients. • Contribute to strategic planning for upcoming projects. • Assist the project manager in executing management plans. • Coordinate project activities from inception to completion. • Review designs and suggest cost‑saving ideas. • Perform daily operational tasks and maintain project documentation. • Facilitate communication between office and field teams. • Track and report project status updates to the manager. • Identify and solve issues, recommending improvements. • Manage digital project databases and ensure compliance with specifications. • Help create, monitor, and maintain project budgets and timelines. • Schedule deliveries, meetings, site visits, and coordinate with vendors and clients. • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients.
