About the Role
The role involves representing Parsons with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, developing and overseeing construction management, health‑safety and QA/QC plans, supervising engineers, managing cost, schedule and change orders, and preparing comprehensive progress and financial reports. • Represent Parsons with client, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers; handle negotiations and public meetings. • Develop and oversee Construction Management Plan, Site‑Specific Health & Safety Plan, and QA/QC Plan. • Supervise engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. • Manage cost and schedule, create action plans for overruns, and handle scope changes and change orders. • Prepare and review monthly construction progress and contract status reports. • Implement safety and emergency procedures, conduct weekly site inspections, and manage onsite materials testing laboratory. • Supervise preparation of monthly invoices and quarterly construction management reports. • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the construction phase. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align project objectives. • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services to meet schedule and specifications. • Maintain transparent client communication, addressing needs and expectations. • Promote sustainable construction practices and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. • Lead project closeout activities, including inspections, punch‑list items, and final documentation. • Evaluate project performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

As a leading Project Management Consultancy, we deliver high‑quality construction projects that exceed client expectations, ensuring efficient execution within budget and compliance with quality and safety standards from inception to completion. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, possess at least 15 years of construction management experience in building projects (including 5 years in the UAE), and have overseen major projects valued at AED 750 million or more. Willingness to relocate to construction sites is required. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related construction field. • Minimum 15 years of construction management experience in building projects, with at least 5 years in the UAE. • Experience managing major projects valued at AED 750 million or more. • Ability and willingness to relocate to construction site locations.
