About the Role
The Commercial Drywall Finisher will finish and detail drywall on commercial construction sites, applying joint compound, sanding, and delivering smooth surfaces ready for paint or other finishes. All work must be performed using appropriate equipment, adhere to safety practices, and comply with RQ’s mission, vision, and values, with labor paid at the Davis‑Bacon prevailing wage rate.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED required. • Three or more years of commercial drywall installation and finishing experience; government or military projects preferred. • Relevant certifications preferred: trenching and shoring, fall protection, confined space, OSHA 10‑hour. • Must provide identity and U.S. work authorization at time of hire. • Must pass drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a DoD check for base access.

Benefits
The position offers hourly pay of $22.00‑$30.00 depending on experience, along with medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan with matching contributions.
