About the Role
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. • Develop and implement project execution strategies, risk management plans, and performance metrics. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across engineering, design, construction, and commercial functions. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards. • Provide leadership in resolving project challenges, facilitating decision‑making, and maintaining momentum. • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and promote a culture of accountability and excellence. • Mentor and support junior project managers and contribute to talent development within the team.

What You Bring
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects in Toronto. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader who can manage complex project lifecycles, drive performance, and ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • Be a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario or eligible for licensure. • Possess PMP certification (asset). • Bring at least 15 years of project management experience focused on infrastructure or transportation projects. • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget. • Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience project delivery under design‑build or alternative delivery models. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Experience managing projects in transit, transportation, or urban infrastructure sectors (preferred). • Familiarity with Canadian public sector procurement and delivery frameworks (preferred). • Ability to lead large teams across multiple disciplines and geographies (preferred). • Knowledge of Progressive Design Build or similar contract models (preferred).

The expected salary range for this position is $162,000‑$199,000, with final compensation determined by qualifications, experience, and responsibilities.
