About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator is the administrative and operational backbone of the regional HR team. This position handles high‑volume personnel transactions, maintains data integrity in the HRIS, ensures federal and state compliance, and serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and basic relations issues. • Serve as subject‑matter expert for Form I‑9 and E‑Verify, verify Section 2 and monitor work‑authorization expirations. • Audit employee files and compliance records; support legal requests and special HR initiatives. • Process all HRIS transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring data integrity. • Coordinate onboarding logistics and lead weekly new‑hire orientations. • Maintain regional HR resources such as SharePoint, labor‑law posters, and job description development. • Manage terminations and off‑boarding, delivering state‑specific packets and retrieving company assets. • Be the first point of contact via the HR ticketing system, resolving or escalating policy, benefits, and payroll queries. • Follow safety standards and use hands frequently. • Interact with people and technology throughout the shift. • Sit, stand or walk for short distances for the duration of a shift. • Use telephone, computer, email and other electronic devices regularly.

What You Bring
• 2–4 years of corporate HR experience. • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer‑service skills; ability to work under pressure. • Working knowledge of HRIS (Oracle, Workday) and FMLA, ADA, FLSA regulations. • High school diploma required; BA in HR or related field preferred. • Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend and lift/push/pull up to 50 lb.
