What You Bring
Related experience may include: Account Manager, Rental Sales, Parts Sales, Service Manager, Customer Service Representative, Construction Manager, Tools Manager, Counter Sales Representative, Equipment Associate, Manager Trainee, or Manager in Training. • Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio within a high‑demand market • 4‑year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of experience OR 3‑4 years of related sales experience • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Minimum age of 21 years • Strong project‑management, new‑business development, and customer‑retention abilities • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Solid computer proficiency • Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment (preferred) • Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations

Base pay ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, with a total compensation package that includes a company vehicle and a robust commission plan. Starting pay may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
