About the Role

• Recognize safety hazards and follow safety guidelines for personal and public protection • Read and interpret instruction manuals, blueprints, and control system drawings • Complete written and electronic records such as work orders, calibration sheets, time cards, and material requests • Repair, test, troubleshoot, inspect, install, remove, and maintain solar site equipment including panels, inverters, transformers, breakers, switchgear, and SCADA systems • Supervise and train apprentice electricians and coworkers on proper, safe tool use and maintenance procedures

What You Bring

The position requires adherence to safety protocols, interpretation of manuals and blueprints, and thorough documentation of work performed. Physical demands include lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights for extended periods. Availability for occasional after‑hours and weekend call‑outs is required. Candidates must have at least two years of industrial solar electric/electronic maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of AC and DC circuits, Solar PV familiarity, OSHA training, and the ability to complete position‑specific training and testing. • Be available for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs as needed • Minimum of 2 years industrial solar electric/electronic maintenance experience • Valid driver's license in good standing • High school diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of AC and DC voltage/current relationships • Solar PV knowledge a plus • Ability to successfully complete position training and testing requirements • Physical ability to push, pull, bend, stand, stoop, lift, carry, reach, climb, hear, see, and work on ladders for extended periods • OSHA training and certification preferred
