About the Role

Key responsibilities include coordinating, planning, and supervising MEP scopes of work; developing strong customer relationships through exceptional service; ensuring that materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule; reviewing construction documents for completeness, constructability, and contract compliance; and resolving design discrepancies by working closely with design engineers. The position also involves developing and managing project schedules, including three‑ and six‑week look‑ahead plans, creating site logistics plans, managing Mortenson tools and equipment, and collaborating with partner superintendents. What You Bring

Mortenson is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, analyze, manage, and resolve field coordination issues with project team members and participants. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, as well as flexibility, inventiveness, dedication, efficiency, integrity, and confidentiality. • Hold an associate or bachelor's degree in construction, civil, architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or possess 10 years of trade experience. • Minimum 8 years of construction experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in mechanical/electrical contracting. • Demonstrate detail orientation, basic construction law knowledge, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
