About the Role

The Leasing Consultant manages leasing operations, marketing initiatives, and resident relations for assigned properties, ensuring smooth move‑ins, accurate documentation, and high resident satisfaction. • Show units, qualify prospects, and secure lease agreements. • Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits and unit turn processes. • Respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours and maintain accurate leasing data. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic and exceed leasing goals. • Handle resident complaints, requests, and service issues to ensure satisfaction. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Support the annual marketing plan and conduct weekly market surveys. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service‑request turnaround times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
