As a Vacation Sales Ambassador you will promote and sell our world‑class vacation packages to guests inside Hilton‑branded hotels, leveraging proven sales techniques and a comprehensive training program. We develop, market and operate high‑quality vacation ownership resorts in desirable destinations, and manage two innovative club membership programs serving over 250,000 members. • Provide guest services to resort guests and visitors. • Engage with potential customers to determine their vacation needs and preferences. • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our vacation packages. • Offer concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting a highly discounted vacation package. • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service. • Implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets. • Collaborate with team members to share strategies and foster collective achievements.

What You Bring

• Enjoy interacting with guests and eager for upward mobility. • Previous sales experience, preferably commission‑based. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. • Proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment. • Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills. • At least one year of hospitality and/or customer service experience. • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. • High School Diploma or GED.
