About the Role

This role leads the end‑to‑end management of code compliance initiatives, ensuring projects meet technical standards, stay on schedule, and remain within budget while supporting client interactions and business development. The incumbent will also mentor and train building inspectors, contribute to profit‑and‑loss oversight, and help market the company’s inspection services. • Manage code compliance projects, including plan review, technical support, inspections, performance and budget monitoring, proposal preparation, site meeting attendance, and issue resolution. • Mentor and train building inspectors. • Assist with profit‑and‑loss management and marketing of inspection services. • Maintain and develop client relationships; participate in business development for code inspections.

What You Bring

• Hold a High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum 5 years of code compliance inspection experience for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection systems and/or plan review. • Possess valid ICC certifications B2, M2, P2, and E2. • Have a valid driver’s license if driving for any ECS subsidiary.
