About the Role
Job Summary: Safely operate a heavy‑duty truck to perform assigned duties on transfer routes, adhering to WM safety policies, OSHA, DOT and all local, state and federal regulations. • Operate WM heavy‑duty trucks safely following WM Safety, OSHA, DOT and all applicable laws. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and complete DVIR documentation. • Report unsafe conditions, service issues, incidents, accidents or property damage to the Operations Manager or Dispatch promptly. • Communicate customer requests, service interruptions and route changes to the Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Dump receptacles, clean the site and leave it free of debris. • Follow assigned routes, complete end‑of‑day paperwork and assist other drivers as needed. • Attend required training, briefings and meetings. • Meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching and handling.

What You Bring
