About the Role

• Assist in managing all aspects of operations to meet financial goals, budget, and Willdan’s strategies. • Ensure effective and profitable regional operations. • Forecast revenue and costs. • Coordinate with Data, Engineering, Accounting, Safety, and other teams to manage operations. • Prepare reports and presentations for various audiences, both recurring and ad‑hoc. • Present operations performance data monthly. • Develop, document, and monitor processes for sales and construction operational activities. • Develop, document, and implement QC processes to ensure quality work. • Lead and coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Ensure work performed by office personnel, field staff, and subcontractors is effectively scheduled and coordinated. • Strategize and manage productivity, process, and quality of office and field operations. • Run reports and track progress toward contract milestones in WLE project tracking system. • Actively coordinate sales, audit, and office staff to ensure team effectiveness and meet goals; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in energy efficiency and/or project management. • EMIT or CEM certification from the Association of Energy Engineers (preferred). • Strong organizational skills to manage projects from inception to close with attention to detail and customer focus. • Effective communication with clients, customers, engineering staff, program managers, and sales team. • Strong knowledge or background in Electrification and Weatherization construction. • Proficiency with software tools such as spreadsheets, project management programs, word processing, presentation, workflow, and tracking tools. • Knowledge of building science, including load calculations (a plus). • Experience in accounting, invoicing, forecasting, and accounts payable.
