About the Role

The Assistant Community Manager oversees resident engagement, community operations, and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily functions and memorable interactions for residents and visitors alike. • Serve as primary contact for residents and visitors, responding with empathy and professionalism. • Conduct walk‑in and scheduled community tours. • Support move‑ins and move‑outs to ensure seamless transitions. • Escalate resident concerns to leadership when needed. • Perform pre‑move‑in home inspections and flag maintenance or curb‑appeal issues. • Patrol properties, identifying and reporting repairs. • Assist in planning and executing resident events. • Enforce safety standards and community policies. • Maintain accurate resident records and prepare community reports. • Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks as assigned.
