About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to supervise, assign, and coordinate Maintenance Division activities, ensuring a productive workforce that supports divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC), and corporate goals while complying with all company policies and applicable regulations. • Supervise and coordinate maintenance division activities to meet CEC, corporate, and regulatory goals. • Ensure craft personnel perform work safely, are trained, qualified, and comply with NRC regulations and emergency plans. • Provide coaching, mentoring, performance management and initiate disciplinary actions as needed. • Communicate critical CEC issues and company policies to staff and facilitate feedback. • Participate in work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outages, load reductions, and refueling. • Administer maintenance processes including training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and corrective action programs. • Oversee vendor inspections, equipment repairs, and procurement of materials, tools, and equipment. • Support departmental management, goal implementation, and performance monitoring across corporate and divisional objectives. • Respond to emergency situations, cover departmental call‑outs, and assist with outage activities outside the department. • Meet access and medical requirements for unescorted entry.

What You Bring

Candidates must meet minimum qualifications of a high school diploma/GED with six years of experience, an associate’s degree with four years, or a bachelor’s degree with two years in a technical discipline, and satisfy access and medical requirements; preferred qualifications include the ability to read schematics and P&IDs, proficiency with electronic work management systems and Microsoft Office, and at least three years of nuclear power plant operations experience. • High school diploma/GED with 6 years experience, or associate degree with 4 years, or bachelor's degree with 2 years in a technical field. • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs. • Proficiency with electronic work management system, Microsoft Word, and Excel. • Minimum 3 years experience in nuclear power plant operations.
