About the Role
The Security Supervisor oversees the Loss Prevention Associates, providing direction, scheduling, and the necessary equipment to perform their duties. The role involves responding to incidents and accidents, completing detailed reports, and delivering comprehensive training on emergency procedures, security protocols, and first aid. The supervisor also develops policies to deter employee theft, maintains daily security reports and SDS records, ensures OSHA compliance, and upholds consistent attendance standards. • Supervise, schedule, and equip Loss Prevention Associates • Respond to incidents/accidents and complete detailed reports • Train staff on emergency fire procedures, lock systems, security response, use of force, video surveillance, and escorts • Provide First Aid, CPR, evacuation, fire, and disaster training to resort staff • Develop and enforce policies to deter employee theft • Prepare daily security reports and maintain accurate SDS records • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations • Maintain regular attendance per company standards

What You Bring
Hilton Grand Vacations requires candidates to have a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of security, law‑enforcement, or military experience, and a minimum of one year of related work experience. Preferred qualifications include a Certified Lodging Security Officer designation with three or more years of experience and an associate degree in a hotel or hospitality field. The ideal applicant demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead a security team. • High School diploma or GED • Minimum 6 months security, law‑enforcement, or military experience • At least 1 year related work experience • Preferred: Certified Lodging Security Officer with 3+ years experience • Preferred: Associate degree in hotel/hospitality
