About the Role
The Field Services Manager will supervise and mentor CMT technicians, oversee daily operations and financial performance, and ensure comprehensive training. This role also includes managing projects, driving business development, maintaining equipment calibration, and promoting a strong safety culture. • Supervise, lead, and mentor CMT field technicians and staff. • Oversee daily operations with focus on financial performance. • Ensure comprehensive training and address skill gaps. • Coordinate staffing with managers and recruiting. • Manage CMT projects and prepare proposals. • Drive growth through marketing and business development. • Oversee equipment calibration, inventory, and promote safety culture. • Enforce proper PPE use and provide safety training. • Manage field service scheduling and meet schedule requests. • Review field reports daily and conduct senior reviews as needed. • Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, five years of relevant experience, and maintain required certifications. Physical ability to lift 85 lb, expert knowledge of construction materials testing standards, and strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. • High school diploma or GED. • Minimum 5 years of related experience in lab testing, construction observation, and CMT supervision. • Current basic certifications; advanced certifications as required. • Ability to lift at least 85 lb. • Expert knowledge of CMT principles, ASTM standards, and test result evaluation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to work collaboratively and build teams. • Familiarity with ECS systems and procedures is a plus.
