About the Role

Key responsibilities include developing LSM and CPM schedules, building and updating resource‑ and cost‑loaded Primavera P6 schedules aligned with baselines, integrating inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, linking WBS to FBS for accurate forecasting and cash flow, producing earned‑value metrics and schedule KPIs, conducting critical path analysis, identifying risks, and maintaining compliant schedule documentation. • Develop and maintain LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects. • Build resource‑ and cost‑loaded schedules aligned with project baselines and execution strategies. • Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning inputs; link WBS to FBS for forecasting and cash‑flow alignment. • Produce earned‑value metrics, schedule KPIs, and cash‑flow reports for project controls and executive reporting. • Conduct critical path analysis, what‑if scenarios, productivity tracking, and time‑impact assessments. • Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies. • Support look‑ahead planning, short‑interval schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure schedule documentation complies with contract and company standards. • Apply linear scheduling techniques and tools such as TILOS or Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk for large‑scale sitework and long‑lead equipment. • Collaborate effectively with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. • Communicate and influence across multiple departments to drive schedule performance.

What You Bring

Candidates should have 5+ years of scheduling experience on utility transmission lines and substations, advanced Primavera P6 skills, and familiarity with linear scheduling, TILOS, or Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk. Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing abilities are required, along with high organization, self‑motivation, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
