About the Role

In this role you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance on rooftop ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. The work requires climbing ladders up to 40 feet, lifting up to 75 pounds, and operating in all weather conditions, with remote supervision and occasional overtime.

What You Bring

• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record • Reside within 40 miles of the assigned region • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet using extension ladders • Weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety limits • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Demonstrated ability to work independently with remote supervision • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds • Facility/grounds maintenance experience • Construction experience • HVAC experience • Cable installation experience • Route driving experience • Roofing experience
