About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Sr. Procurement Specialist to lead the full lifecycle of purchasing and subcontracting for high‑value EPC projects, handling RFP development, bid evaluation, contract execution and material delivery while keeping schedules and budgets on track. • Lead procurement, sourcing and buying for EPC projects • Align schedules, budgets and strategies with Project and Procurement Managers • Build bidder lists, manage pre‑qualifications, ensure MBE/WBE compliance • Prepare, issue and evaluate RFPs; negotiate terms and recommend awards • Coordinate technical reviews and enforce contract flow‑down requirements • Draft and finalize supplier and subcontractor agreements per standards • Manage supplier relationships, track risks and maintain status reports • Support materials management; resolve delivery, shortage and damage issues

What You Bring

The role is based at 10000 Energy Drive, Spring, TX, with up to 50 % domestic travel to project sites, providing hands‑on exposure to transmission & distribution, substation and other infrastructure projects. • 7+ years EPC procurement experience with vendor RFPs and contract negotiations • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Logistics or related field • Strong commercial negotiation, analytical and contractual detail skills • Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non‑technical teams • Proven ability to work independently and support cross‑functional EPC teams • Exceptional organization and time‑management in fast‑paced environments • Established network of vendors/subcontractors in T&D or power infrastructure (preferred) • Willingness to travel up to 50 % to project and construction sites
