About the Role
• Provide legal advice on contract interpretation, risk management, and regulatory compliance for the Convenience & Mobility business. • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements. • Advise on advertising, marketing campaigns, and customer competitions. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal support with business objectives and mitigate risks. • Offer strategic legal counsel to senior management and other departments across the organisation. • Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures. • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and third‑party advisors.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent and a current Australian practising certificate. • Minimum five years of post‑qualification experience in commercial/corporate law, preferably in convenience retailing or energy sectors. • In‑depth knowledge of Australian Consumer Law; competition law experience is a plus. • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a high level of integrity and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently, self‑manage workloads, and contribute effectively to a team.
