About the Role

Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and conducting reminder or collection calls to keep payments current. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions. • Sell packing and moving supplies to customers. • Perform daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness. • Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits. • Conduct payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and walk outdoors up to 50 % of the shift. • Climb stairs, open large doors, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance. • Maintain interior floors by sweeping and mopping; keep exterior grounds clean. • Provide flexible full‑time schedule (9:30 am‑6 pm, weekends until 5 pm).

What You Bring
