You will drive performance across the Education portfolio while ensuring compliance with service standards. The role includes travel for site management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. This travel will support effective site oversight and foster relationships with stakeholders and team members. • Lead and mentor a pod of Facility Asset Managers across selected South Australian areas. • Build strong relationships with government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Oversee planned and breakdown maintenance while managing minor projects. • Drive operational excellence through business improvement initiatives with cross‑functional teams. • Manage budgets, KPIs, and ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.

What You Bring
Ventia is seeking an experienced Senior Facility Asset Manager (SFAM) to lead maintenance delivery and minor projects within the Education portfolio across South Australia’s Greater Metro and Mid North region. The role will guide and empower a team of Facility Asset Managers under your leadership, contributing to essential government services. • Demonstrated leadership experience in facilities management or related fields. • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. • Relevant trade or business qualifications (e.g., Property, FM, CM, PM) preferred. • Valid driver’s licence and clear Working with Children and National Police checks.
