About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator provides routine administrative support to one or more managers, handling correspondence, information collection, and reports while supporting JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values. The role follows directions, makes decisions on routine matters, and refers exceptions to the supervisor, serving as a career path toward an Administrative Assistant position. • Provide routine administrative support to managers, including calendar management, meeting and event planning, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. • Process and distribute incoming mail, email, phone, and fax communications promptly, responding to routine requests without supervisor involvement. • Offer switchboard relief and additional administrative assistance to other functions as staffing needs arise. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and composure under pressure while assessing priorities and allocating time efficiently. • Collaborate cross‑functionally, sharing expertise to support teamwork and solve problems in line with team goals. • Exercise discretion and integrity when handling highly confidential and sensitive information. • Deliver quality work with attention to detail and effectively solve complex problems.
