About the Role
The Quality and Records Manager will work with the Area Manager and leadership to advance HDR’s culture of quality across Operations, Professional Services, and Marketing, serving as the local representative for the quality office and supporting QMS implementation. • Advance HDR’s culture of quality across Operations, Professional Services, and Marketing with Area leadership. • Serve as the local quality representative and support QMS implementation. • Guide Project Managers on developing project plans and applying best practices. • Partner with Business Group Managers to drive continuous improvement and technical standards. • Ensure qualified staffing and balanced workloads for project teams. • Lead QA/QC program activities and monitor project QC reviews. • Participate in project reviews and manage quality processes. • Implement quality standards and best practices within the Quality Program. • Coordinate with project quality managers to address support needs and share experience. • Report QMS implementation, lessons learned, and audit resolutions to the Quality Office. • Communicate QMS updates and directives to area leadership and staff. • Develop and refine local processes supporting QMS and ILG requirements across functions. • Create and maintain an onboarding program to introduce new employees to HDR QMS. • Respond to staff inquiries on policies and procedures related to the QMS. • Identify training opportunities by monitoring loss trends from quality issues. • Resolve conflicts and mitigate risks while maintaining business agility. • Align with HDR brand promise, values, and ethical standards.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong leadership and relationship management with Area Leadership, Quality Office, and project teams. • Exhibit high collaboration, self‑awareness, and focus on corporate quality and risk messaging. • Hold a professional degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum six years industry experience, including three years in quality roles. • Possess an applicable quality certification or ability to obtain one. • Understand QMS fundamentals thoroughly. • Excel in staff communication, engagement, and investigative interviewing. • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, and PowerPoint.
