About the Role

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for architecture, structure, MEP, and site utilities. • Set up and manage project model directories, shared coordinates, phases, and file exchanges. • Conduct clash detection and lead 3D trade coordination meetings. • Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards. • Lead QA/QC processes using point clouds, contract drawings, shop drawings, and as‑builts. • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project teams throughout the lifecycle. • Support reality capture services such as LiDAR and SLAM. • Produce renderings, visualizations, and 4D simulations as required. • Assist in proposal development and support site visits/field verification. • Perform Scan‑to‑BIM workflows, including point‑cloud processing. • Troubleshoot BIM software issues and stay current with emerging tools.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related AEC field. • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on BIM/VDC experience. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and ACC Model Coordination. • Strong Revit modeling skills; knowledge of Bentley MicroStation, ProjectWise, OpenBuildings a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non‑technical audiences. • Ability to read and interpret contract drawings, specifications, scopes, and schedules. • Experience with public‑sector and infrastructure projects. • Knowledge of Bentley OpenBuildings, OpenRoads, and MicroStation. • Skills in Revit API, Python, and Dynamo development. • Understanding of construction methods and 3D laser scanning. • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to NYC sites. • Must be authorized to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship available.
