About the Role
• Lead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring quality and milestones. • Supervise the project manager and report progress to the client. • Control project budgets and manage changes to stay within forecast costs. • Maintain live risk registers and conduct regular team reviews. • Coordinate design teams, consultants, and stakeholders for collaborative service excellence. • Administer contracts for contractors and consultants per contractual terms. • Promote inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation in line with Mace values. • Oversee budgets, risks, and change management while keeping accurate plans and documentation.

What You Bring

The position is based three days per week at the client’s site in Weybridge, Surrey and the remainder at Moorgate, London. Candidates must be able to obtain BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance. • Hold professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent. • Demonstrate extensive public‑sector project and programme delivery experience. • Exhibit strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills. • Possess extensive project delivery experience, including new‑build projects. • Have experience delivering new builds; infrastructure and property background is desirable.
