About the Role
• Pick up and deliver materials as required • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment • Pull orders, stock shelves, and ensure proper handling and storage • Issue materials and equipment daily as directed • Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials • Conduct monthly and annual inventory counts • Use barcode scanners and basic computer systems for inventory tracking • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and orderly • Follow all safety procedures, identify and report hazards • Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and team members • Work in varying temperature conditions • Operate warehouse equipment safely after training

What You Bring
IES Residential seeks a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, handling inventory management, material handling, shipping and receiving, while maintaining an organized and safe environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and works effectively as part of a team. • High school diploma or GED preferred • Forklift experience a plus • Basic computer skills and ability to use barcode scanners • Strong counting and inventory management skills • Reliable transportation and a clean driver’s license • Pass background check and drug screen • Strong communication skills and team‑oriented attitude • Lift, carry, push, and pull 70+ lbs repeatedly • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods • Manual dexterity to handle tools, equipment, and inventory safely
