About the Role
The Shift Engineer – Property & Asset Management role is responsible for overseeing facility operations, ensuring optimal functionality of building systems, and leading maintenance activities across assigned properties in Mumbai. • Monitor sourcing activities and coordinate facility maintenance. • Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned personnel. • Prepare estimates and assess building repair and maintenance needs. • Respond to emergencies promptly. • Design and implement service performance reports. • Perform preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, motors, pumps, and water supply equipment. • Maintain inventories, order supplies, and keep accurate records. • Produce HSE, MMR, weekly, complaint, and DMR reports. • Implement cost‑reduction, energy‑conservation, and sustainability initiatives. • Track AMC, audits, and coordinate with residents and clients. • Ensure continuous operation of water, electricity, and vertical transportation. • Commit to safety and sustainability practices.

What You Bring
Working on‑site in Mumbai, the position follows a 48‑hour weekly schedule from 1900 h to 0930 h the next morning. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments, strong written and spoken English, and proficiency with MS Office tools. • Service electrical, HVAC, irrigation, plumbing, pneumatic, alarm, and boiler systems. • Hold an engineering diploma or degree with 3‑5 years of engineering operations experience. • Demonstrate ability to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction. • Exhibit strong communication skills in English (and other languages) and superior interpersonal abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Able to work independently from 1900 h to 0930 h. • Leverage AI‑enhanced recruitment insights.
