Job Highlights
About the Role
• Execute indirect commodity sourcing RFPs for up to 30,000 sites nationwide. • Meet client cycle‑time targets for RFP activities (days to weeks). • Manage large procurement and audit data sets. • Oversee equipment inventory accuracy and pricing. • Handle supplier negotiations, administration, and operational issues. • Maintain contracting and procurement standards across the portfolio. • Support Sourcing Manager in communication, coordination, and implementation of indirect sourcing initiatives. • Assist Account Manager in achieving KPIs and objectives. • Identify opportunities to streamline indirect sourcing processes. • Source technical services, trash/recycling, and soft services; handle >3,000 transactions annually. • Collaborate with JLL USPS Retail Operations and Sourcing teams for client benefits. • Provide detailed instructions and follow‑up to support account operations. • Build relationships with JLL Corporate Legal, Risk Management, Finance, and Operations. • Manage transition plans for new suppliers with Operations team. • Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations. • Conduct performance reviews, manage supplier scorecards, and ensure contract compliance. • Prioritize work, assign deliverables, and resolve issues to client satisfaction. • Ensure contractual terms comply with MSA and obtain legal approval. • Coordinate with Sourcing, Account, Legal, and Risk teams for consistent contract execution. • Support daily contract management tasks (trackers, creation, execution). • Maintain data integrity in the sourcing database and enhance central data systems. • Perform large‑volume data analysis and reporting. • Apply supply chain management, quantitative & qualitative analysis, and data analytics.

What You Bring
This remote role supports a Service Agreement (MSA) that sources services up‑front and manages supplier delivery through a JLL operations team, with no field representatives. Knowledge of USPS Procurement Policy and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is critical, and the position blends sourcing experience, business acumen, and data‑analytics expertise. Candidates must have proven experience in fast‑cycle RFP activities (1‑14 days) and advanced Excel and analytical skills to handle large data sets. The role also requires strong supplier‑relationship management and the ability to improve sourcing decision‑making. • Understand MSA, client business, USPS Procurement Policy, and FAR. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Smartsheets, Tableau, and SQL. • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and supplier performance. • Hold a college degree and ≥3 years related experience. • Exhibit strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. • Work effectively in a decentralized environment. • Demonstrated ability to manage change and deliver results in challenging settings. • Excellent written and oral communication; proficient with MS applications and Access.

The estimated annual compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, subject to qualifications, location, and market conditions.
