Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

The role focuses on analyzing business requirements and functional designs to assess feasibility within time and cost constraints, and on designing robust software systems. The incumbent will translate requirements into technical specifications, create scalable architectures, and ensure alignment with overall product strategy. Key responsibilities span the full software development lifecycle, including reviewing requirements, leading architectural reviews, and designing enhancements across multiple systems. The role involves developing and maintaining code, conducting peer reviews, performing performance tuning, and building automated unit and integration tests. Additionally, the engineer will define DevOps automation roadmaps, manage release planning, ensure production reliability, and take ownership of operational SLAs and incident debugging. • Review and provide feedback on requirements and functional designs. • Lead architectural review processes and define software/application architecture. • Design and develop large enhancements, projects, and cross‑system integrations. • Conduct design reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical leadership. • Write, maintain, and review code; fix defects and perform peer code reviews. • Perform code performance analysis, tuning, and optimization. • Develop unit and integration tests, create test strategies, and automate testing scripts. • Define automation tool roadmap and drive DevOps infrastructure requirements. • Manage release planning, deployment lists, and ensure deployment quality. • Establish production change‑control roadmap and lead certification processes. • Estimate level of effort, manage development tasks, and lead large projects.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has at least seven years of software engineering experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
