About the Role
• Lead, oversee, supervise, and coordinate all project activities. • Serve as the primary design liaison to clients and oversee construction documents. • Act as Project Architect and Architect of Record on most projects, assigning tasks to design staff as needed. • Collaborate with other offices to ensure project success. • Contribute to the growth of Colliers’ architectural presence through commercial projects.

What You Bring
• 8+ years of architectural experience, primarily on commercial projects. • Licensed architect in New York; LEED accreditation preferred. • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture. • Strong client‑facing verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated business acumen, technical knowledge, and coordination abilities. • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. • Experienced in mentoring team members on technical and professional skills. • Skilled in developing qualifications and fee proposals. • Experience or strong interest in business development and interview activities. • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites, meetings, and conferences.

Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $104,000 to $135,500 depending on qualifications.
