This position offers the chance to lead critical maintenance initiatives and contribute to overall plant reliability. • Lead complex maintenance activities including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on critical manufacturing equipment. • Develop and implement standardized maintenance processes to optimize equipment performance, safety, and reliability. • Plan and prioritize maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime while ensuring quality standards. • Participate in equipment selection, installation, and evolution projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities. • Machine and fabricate replacement parts while maintaining detailed documentation of repairs and modifications. • Work with advanced manufacturing technologies and equipment.
