About the Role
The Maintenance Clerk provides administrative support to the maintenance function, ensuring smooth operations within the fleet department. Key duties include securing cost‑effective parts availability, maintaining fleet inventory and preventive maintenance records, and daily entry of fleet data into the computerized management system. The clerk also coordinates with vendors, prepares purchase orders with proper GL codes using ePro, receives and tags parts, and dispenses them to mechanics following corporate and regional policies. Additional responsibilities involve reviewing purchase orders with accounting, generating productivity and usage reports, adhering to safety policies, reconciling financial data to the Lawson general ledger, and supporting the Fleet Manager with data analysis and error resolution.

What You Bring
Qualifications require related experience in the maintenance or trucking industry and at least one year of general office experience or equivalent training.
