About the Role

The Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for managing a property or group of properties for a client and fulfilling the obligations outlined in the property management agreement. • Responsible for all lease administration duties • Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings • Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and agency directives • Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management • Develop comprehensive inspection processes (weekly to annual) per asset, best practices, and client requirements • Create operating and capital budgets, track variances, oversee CAM reconciliations and recovery processes • Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts according to C&W or client requirements • Accurately abstract property leases in lease administration software • Maintain interface with owners and accounting to ensure contract compliance and timely reporting • Coordinate tenant and building construction work to ensure timely, accurate completion • Participate in leasing and client meetings to facilitate communication and achieve objectives • Foster positive relationships with tenants, external clients, and internal clients

What You Bring

The role operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, and requires regular travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include moving between floors, climbing stairs, traveling outdoors in different weather, remaining stationary (sitting or standing) for about 85% of the time, and regularly using hands to operate office machinery while walking, talking, and hearing. • Communication proficiency (oral and written) • Problem solving and analysis • Leadership skills • Teamwork orientation • Time management skills • Financial acumen • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process • Real estate license • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate • Ability to manage a team of professionals and vendors • Experience analyzing and negotiating commercial lease or contract language • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation is competitive, ranging from $110,500 to $130,000, and complies with minimum wage requirements.
