About the Role

The manager will shape supply‑chain approaches, secure contractual coverage, manage commercial risk, and oversee senior supplier partnerships, while coaching the buying team to strengthen sourcing capabilities. • Manage supplier relationships, resolve escalations, improve in‑contract performance, and report on procurement KPIs. • Lead complex negotiations, conduct total cost analyses, draft contracts and build business cases to maximize value. • Develop and maintain integrated commodity/category strategies aligned with supply‑chain risk and long‑term planning. • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks to ensure supply continuity and resilience. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers to achieve strategic objectives.

What You Bring

• Associate degree plus 7+ years, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years, or Master’s degree plus 3+ years of supply‑chain, procurement, logistics or operations experience; U.S. citizen or permanent resident. • Experience in long‑term contract negotiations and drafting (preferred). • Knowledge of casting and forging processes within aerospace (preferred). • Familiarity with United States government sourcing requirements (preferred).
