About the Role
The role involves establishing and developing the Air‑Cooled Chiller product development technical team, setting annual work goals with the Engineering Manager, and supporting the product management department in creating development plans and roadmaps. You will lead and coordinate Air‑Cooled product development projects, ensure compliance with JCI processes, deliver technical documents, and provide technical support to manufacturing and service teams while analyzing product opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Build and improve the Air‑Cooled Chiller product development technical team according to the long‑term product plan. • Set annual work goals with the Engineering Manager and supervise their implementation. • Assist product management in developing Air‑Cooled product development plans, roadmaps, and execution. • Organize departmental development and innovation following JCI processes; coordinate project schedules and resources. • Lead or participate in global Air‑Cooled product development and improvement projects. • Perform technical reviews of non‑standard contract designs and detailed designs; deliver related technical documents on time. • Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments; analyze product opportunities and drive CI, CR, and VAVE initiatives. • Provide technical support and documentation to manufacturing and maintenance services; resolve technical issues promptly. • Uphold company ethics, safety, environmental, and health regulations; promote corporate culture within the department. • Complete any additional tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.

What You Bring
The position also requires adherence to company ethics, safety, environmental, and health policies, promotion of corporate culture, and execution of any tasks assigned by supervisors. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and have at least 8 years of experience in Air‑Cooled Chiller design and development, strong knowledge of relevant technical standards, and excellent written and oral communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. • 8+ years of experience in Air‑Cooled Chiller design and development. • Minimum four years of experience in air‑conditioning and refrigeration system development. • Familiarity with domestic and international technical standards for related products. • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to leverage various resources effectively.
