• Analyze and prepare designs, calculations, and drawings for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. • Use project management software to track tasks, timelines, and ensure on‑time delivery of milestones. • Propose creative, innovative solutions to design challenges. • Prepare engineering reports and contract documents for review by a licensed engineer. • Review work completed by technicians or designers and track progress. • Manage timely completion of multiple tasks across concurrent projects. • Communicate effectively with team members, internal design groups, and external stakeholders. • Present design solutions in internal meetings and support external presentations as needed. • Support marketing initiatives through resume updates and campaign participation. • Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and expense reports accurately and promptly.
