Service Technician

About the Role

The technician will handle a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring both interior and exterior areas comply with company standards and applicable regulations, and will maintain open communication with residents and office staff regarding work status. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues • Ensure interior and exterior meet company standards and legal requirements • Respond promptly to maintenance tickets • Participate in an on‑call rotation with night and weekend flexibility
