What You Bring
Kimley-Horn is looking for engineering graduates to join our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office in 2026. This position is on‑site and not remote. Analysts will regularly use technical software to analyze, produce, and quality‑control deliverables for clients. They will contribute to pre‑construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis across multiple projects of varying size and scope. The role involves solving complex problems, assisting project managers, and collaborating across disciplines to realize clients’ visions for the built environment. Analysts will develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations as well as Kimley‑Horn’s and client standards. They will receive training on software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and GIS. Candidates must hold an ABET‑accredited engineering degree (bachelor’s or master’s) by Summer 2026. Eligible majors include civil or environmental engineering; mechanical, electrical, biological, biosystems, chemical, or agricultural engineering; and engineering technology. • Hold an ABET‑accredited engineering degree (B.S. or M.S.) by Summer 2026 in an eligible engineering discipline.
