About the Role

In this role you will act as the primary ambassador for JLL and the client, leading by example to ensure every visitor and employee experiences exceptional service. You will mentor junior reception staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, warmth and customer‑centricity, and develop strategies to enhance first impressions that align with client values and JLL’s standards of excellence. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming and efficient front‑of‑house experience. You will take charge of planning and executing high‑profile internal and client events, ensuring they reflect the highest standards of quality and creativity. By introducing innovative approaches to event logistics and presentation, you will optimize resources and enhance the overall experience, while working closely with cross‑functional teams to support the client’s business objectives. Your event leadership will contribute directly to the client’s brand perception. As the key liaison for stakeholders at all levels, you will coordinate across departments such as Food, Security, Audio‑Video and NetOps, cultivating strong strategic relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration. You will proactively anticipate challenges, analyze risks and develop comprehensive mitigation plans to maintain uninterrupted operations. Effective communication will be essential to drive stakeholder alignment. You will oversee operational aspects of the workplace, managing meeting‑room bookings, supply inventories and documentation processes to maintain an organized environment. Safety and compliance responsibilities include enforcing protocols, handling incident escalation and reporting, and continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement.
