About the Role
The HVAC Technician 1 provides professional service by delivering, installing, and maintaining portable HVAC equipment. The role includes safe operation, customer training, equipment preparation, and supporting senior technicians on large jobs while keeping the shop organized and clean. • Communicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick‑ups, and service calls. • Deliver, install, and train operators on rented HVAC equipment, ensuring safe use. • Obtain customer signatures and track equipment serial numbers. • Troubleshoot operation, function, specifications, and controls of rental equipment. • Operate company vehicle safely and follow all safety policies. • Clean, test, and verify returned equipment meets operational and appearance standards. • Complete paperwork for deliveries, pick‑ups, and service calls. • Install flexible gas hoses for propane and natural gas applications, following safe procedures. • Maintain accurate records of in‑stock and rented equipment with managers and sales engineers. • Be on call for emergency service, rotating weekends and evenings as needed.

What You Bring
