About the Role
The Material Handler is responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of raw materials, components, and finished goods within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures timely delivery of materials to production areas and maintains accurate inventory records to support continuous operations. In this position you will follow safety protocols, receive and inspect incoming shipments, transport and stage materials for production, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with loading and unloading trucks. You will also keep work areas organized, report any discrepancies, and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb and working extended hours as needed. • Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols. • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders. • Transport materials to storage or production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. • Prepare and stage materials for production according to work orders. • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and prepare outbound shipments. • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly. • Keep work areas clean and organized to support a safe environment. • Work up to 10 hours per day and weekends as needed. • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of material‑handling or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment, can operate forklifts (certification preferred), and is familiar with inventory management systems and basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and knowledge of safety procedures for handling hazardous materials are also required. • Lift up to 50 lb consistently. • Hold a valid driver’s license. • Pass a background check and drug screening. • 1–3 years of material handling or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment. • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Knowledge of safety procedures for handling hazardous materials.
