Job Highlights
About the Role
• Conduct site inspections of electrical installations for compliance with drawings, specifications and standards • Verify delivered materials against approved Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) • Raise, review and close Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs) • Manage snagging and de‑snagging to achieve required quality standards • Ensure compliance with UAE electrical codes, regulations and authority requirements (ADM, ADDC, ADCD) • Witness and support electrical testing, commissioning and BMS integration activities • Coordinate with site teams, prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation • Uphold safety as a priority, ensuring a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment • Deliver on client promises by owning quality, strategic outcomes and building long‑term relationships • Act with integrity, aligning actions with compliance obligations and positive industry outcomes • Create opportunities for people to excel through continuous improvement and development

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Possess 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE, preferably with a PMC or Supervision Consultant • Demonstrate a strong background in mixed‑use building projects • Have experience in infrastructure works (advantageous but not required) • Familiarity with Design & Build contracts under FIDIC Yellow Book conditions • Experience in large‑scale mixed‑use developments • Proficient in MS Office Suite and QA/QC reporting tools • Arabic language skills are a plus
