About the Role

Key duties include operating the vehicle in compliance with WM safety rules, OSHA, DOT, and all applicable laws, and completing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections with DVIR documentation. Drivers must report unsafe conditions, incidents, or service interruptions to the Operations Manager or Dispatch, attend required trainings, and work with management to improve route efficiency.
