About the Role
The role represents ECS in collection efforts via phone, face-to-face, and email, supports the collections database and client relationships, and collaborates with office staff to meet collection targets. Additional tasks include preparing certificates of insurance, scanning and linking invoices to billing files, assisting with invoice revisions, and performing general clerical duties such as mail sorting, filing, and word processing. • Conduct collection activities through phone, in-person visits, and email. • Maintain the collections database and nurture client relationships. • Prepare certificates of insurance and manage invoice documentation. • Scan, link, and revise invoices within billing files. • Perform general clerical tasks such as mail distribution, filing, and word processing.
