Job Highlights
About the Role
Support customers across Greece and, when required, assist with selected service activities in the wider EMEA region. Deliver excellent service to customers by ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and strong technical support. Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues and escalate technical challenges when needed. Document service activities, write technical reports, and ensure accurate maintenance records. Coordinate with subcontractors or other on‑site teams when required to complete service tasks. Maintain tools, equipment, and service documentation in good working order. Support continuous improvement by sharing field observations and feedback with the service team. • Provide on‑site technical support to customers in Greece and the EMEA region. • Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues and escalate when necessary. • Document service activities, produce technical reports, and maintain accurate records. • Coordinate with subcontractors and on‑site teams to complete service tasks. • Maintain tools, equipment, and service documentation in optimal condition. • Share field observations to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring
Technical education in electrical installation or a related field, along with relevant certifications. 5+ years of experience working with UPS systems; experience in data‑center environments is a strong advantage. Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written). Three‑phase electrical installation and commissioning experience essential. Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP is an advantage. Programming of PLC control systems (Power Control, Generator Control, SCADA, or process control) is an advantage. Good understanding of switch panels. Strong communication skills, customer focus, flexibility, ability to work with different cultures and follow guidance. High mobility within the hiring cluster and EMEA level, if requested. • Communicate clearly and professionally while delivering strong technical assistance. • Hold an electrical installation education and relevant certifications. • Possess 5+ years of experience with UPS systems; data‑center experience preferred. • Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written. • Experienced in three‑phase installation, commissioning, and switch panel work. • Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP) and PLC programming is advantageous.
