About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor role involves advising and coordinating daily assignments for Maintenance Technicians, overseeing inspection, operation, and maintenance of guestrooms, common areas, and facility equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across the property. • Supervise, direct and train a team of highly motivated Technicians • Assist the Chief Engineer with special projects • Visually inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common areas and associated equipment systems • Ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities including boilers, chillers, and air compressors • Monitor, maintain and test Emergency and Life Safety systems • Record and maintain logs and preventative maintenance records • Monitor team member efficiency, quality and guest response

What You Bring
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience accepted • Three years of building and/or property maintenance experience • EPA, OSHA, and CPO certifications preferred • Valid driver's license • Proficient with technology for reporting and work requests
